The terms that govern this website and our services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of skyin-ksa.com and the services provided by Sky In AI and Drones Services Establishment, trading as Skyin AI & Drones ("Skyin", "we", "us"), an establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration number 2051255753. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

This business was previously registered as Foq al Alya For Drones Establishment. Official documents issued in either name - including the National Address proof and the Commercial Registration Certificate - refer to this same entity and to this website.

Our services

Skyin provides artificial-intelligence and unmanned aerial (drone) services to businesses in Saudi Arabia, including aerial capture and inspection, computer-vision analysis, AI assistants and automation, and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms where the two differ.

All drone operations are conducted in accordance with the regulations of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and any site-specific permissions required. Where a flight cannot be flown lawfully or safely, we will reschedule or withdraw the relevant deliverable rather than proceed.

Use of this website

  • You may browse the site and use its calculators and tools for your own business or personal evaluation.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades service, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
  • You may not copy, republish or resell the site's text, imagery, or tool output as your own commercial product.
  • Estimates produced by on-site calculators are indicative planning aids only and do not constitute a quotation or a commitment.

AI assistants and messaging

Some of our services include AI assistants that reply to messages on behalf of a client business, including over WhatsApp. Where you interact with such an assistant, you are messaging the client business, and Skyin processes that conversation as a service provider on that business's instructions. Assistant replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; they are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and material commitments are always confirmed by a human.

You can stop an assistant conversation at any time by replying with a stop request, or by contacting the business directly. Messaging over WhatsApp is additionally subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and imagery are owned by Skyin unless credited otherwise. Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement — captured imagery, models, reports and code — transfers as set out in that engagement's contract; absent a written term, the client receives a perpetual licence to use the deliverables for its own business, and Skyin retains the right to describe the work anonymously as a case study.

Liability

This website and its tools are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Skyin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability under a client engagement is governed by that engagement's contract and, unless otherwise agreed, is capped at the fees paid for the affected deliverable.

Privacy and your data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of data we hold about you at any time — see the Data Deletion page for how to do that and what happens next.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the competent Saudi courts.
