How to request deletion of the data we hold about you.

This page explains how to ask Sky In AI and Drones Services Establishment ("Skyin") to delete the personal data we hold about you, what we delete, and how long it takes. It applies to data collected through skyin-ksa.com and through the AI messaging assistants we operate for client businesses, including on WhatsApp.

How to request deletion

Send an email to skyin.aerial@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the phone number, email address, or WhatsApp number you used, and the name of the business you were messaging if the data was collected through one of our assistants. We only need enough information to locate your records — please do not send identity documents or payment details.

You can also use the contact form on this site and state that you are requesting deletion. Alternatively, reply to any assistant conversation with "delete my data" and the request will be routed to us.

What we delete

  • Your name, phone number and email address as captured in our contact and lead records.
  • The content of your messages and assistant conversations, including any transcript or log we retain.
  • Any enquiry or booking details you provided through the site's contact form or chatbot.
  • Any lead record created about you by an AI assistant operating on a client business's behalf.

What we may keep, and why

We may retain a minimal record where a law or a legitimate need requires it: invoices and accounting records for the retention period required by Saudi tax and commercial regulations, and a suppression entry (your contact identifier only) so that a deleted contact is not re-added by a later import. Aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you are not deleted.

Where the data was collected by an assistant we operate for a client business, that business is the controller of its own customer records. We delete the copy held in our systems and pass your request on to that business.

How long it takes

We acknowledge every request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will confirm in writing when it is done. There is no charge. If we cannot fulfil part of a request, we will tell you which part and on what legal basis.
