SkyIn Aerial Solutions provides commercial drone services including but not limited to:

• Aerial photography and videography

• Mapping, surveying, and 3D modeling

• Inspection and compliance reporting

• Data analysis and media delivery

All services are subject to Saudi Arabian regulations, including GACA licensing and airspace rules.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and coordinate access to service locations

• Obtain all required permits, clearances, or property permissions prior to scheduled drone operations

• Not misuse deliverables (e.g., modifying compliance reports or misrepresenting data)

• Not request illegal or restricted flights (e.g., in NFZs without approval)

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or void services without refund.

3. Deliverables and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients own media and data captured for their projects after full payment

• SkyIn retains the right to use de-identified materials for portfolio, training, or marketing

• Edits, format changes, or reprocessing after delivery may incur additional fees

4. Payment Terms

• Quotes are valid for 15 days

• Projects require partial or full upfront payment, depending on size and type

• Final deliverables are released upon full payment

• Late payments may result in service suspension or added fees

All prices are in SAR unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied as per local law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee

• Rescheduling due to weather, safety, or legal restrictions will be accommodated without penalty

• In the event of client-caused delays, additional charges may apply
